Australia faces a significant shortage of specialist disability accommodation (SDA). Many individuals with high support needs are placed in unsuitable housing or institutional settings due to lack of supply.
Our real assets strategy addresses this gap by developing and financing high-quality, purpose-built SDA homes across Australia. Since 2018:
- Four dedicated SDA funds raised
- 148 properties developed to date
- 100% of current properties include rooftop solar and battery storage
- 97% tenants satisfaction for Fund IV
