Why granite

Granite sits in a genuinely differentiated space – defensive income characteristics comparable to private credit, but enhanced with equity upside typically associated with private equity.

The LVP Granite Fund is an open-ended, semi-liquid alternatives fund designed for wholesale investors seeking defensive, income-generating exposure to private markets – with genuine capital growth potential.

Where traditional private credit stops at yield, Granite goes further. By investing across preferred equity and equity instruments in real asset platforms – aged care, disability accommodation, sustainable seafood – Granite combines the income reliability of fixed-rate instruments with the capital upside of equity investing.

Managed by the experienced team at LVP, the Fund draws on over a decade of direct private markets investing to offer a differentiated, conviction-driven portfolio that is hard to replicate through public markets or conventional fixed income.

Real Assets Alternatives with a real assets tilt Private markets assets focused on property, infrastructure, and natural capital - predominantly Australian and New Zealand based, lower mid-market.

Defensive Defensive characteristics Asset-backed investments with government-supported cash flows (directly or indirectly) and demand-driven, supply-constrained thematic profiles.

Returns Enhanced return profile Equity and preferred equity positions targeting a high fixed yield component alongside meaningful capital growth potential - not available in pure credit strategies.

Wholesale investors can apply directly online. Complete the Application Form, submit your documents, and send application monies in AUD before the monthly Cut-Off Date.

Applications are processed monthly. The cut-off is 5:00pm AEST on the 5th Business Day prior to month-end. Minimum investment A$25,000 for direct investors.
